  COD available at no extra charge.
• Dispatch & Delivery
  Orders dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your location.
• Returns & Exchanges
  Accepted within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

International Orders

  Flat ₹2,500 shipping charge on all international orders. COD is not available.
• Dispatch & Delivery
  Orders dispatch within 2 working days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
• Returns & Exchanges

Damaged or Tampered Package?

  If your package appears damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and return it to the courier.

Exchange & Returns

At Soul by Sisters, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a hassle-free exchange or return process.

• How to Raise a Request
  Call or WhatsApp us on +91-9810306848 within 5 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
• Refund Method
  For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account under the billing name.
• Refund Eligibility
  Only the cost of the product is eligible for refund. Fees & charges are non-refundable.
• Processing
  A replacement, refund, or store credit will be issued once the returned goods are received and verified by us.

• Cancelled Before Dispatch
  If cancelled before dispatch, your amount will be refunded after deducting bank transaction charges.
• Cancelled After Dispatch
  If cancelled after dispatch, shipping charges for both Forward and RTO will be deducted from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method once the product is received back by us.
