EXCHANGE

We offer hassle free exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/ Whatsapp on +91 9810306848 within 5 days of delivery of the order. We will issue a replacement, refund or a store credit once the returned goods are received and verified by us.

Please note that only the cost of product is eligible for refund. Fees & charges are non refundable.

Customized and sale pieces are not eligible for return.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

In an eventuality that you wish to cancel the Soul by Sisters jewelry, please do so within 6 hours of placing your order. You can call us on 9810306848 or email at sistersincexports@gmail.com to cancel your order. 

• If we receive your cancellation before your order is dispatched, we will refund your amount after deducting cancelation fee of bank transaction charges.  
• If you cancel your order after your product has been dispatched, we will refund the amount minus shipping charges (in case of pre-paid order) for both Forward and RTO. Also, the charges will be refunded in the original payment mode once we have received the product.
